The Remington Lakes Subdivision is nestled in the Northeast corner of Crest Hill just East of Weber Road and North of Division Street. The Remington Lakes Homeowner's Association is part of the Remington Lakes Master Association and brother to The Villas Homeowner's Association. Our community consists of a diverse group of residents residing in 79 homes on Michigan Court, Tahoe Lane, Superior Court and Erie Court. There is a volunteer Board of Directors that serve to represent the interests of the homeowners including safety, cleanliness and community. While the Board represents the interest of the Remington Lakes HOA, they can only do so when all residents work together for these common goals. Additionally, concerns from the residents of the Association should be directed to the Licensed Community Association Manager below.
Foster Premier is the managing company of Remington Lakes HOA. They are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the association. Should there be any concerns, Foster Premier should be contacted during business hours. There is an emergency number provided as well.
